Our Story
Tripura Small Industries Corporation Limited (TSICL) is a public sector undertaking established on April 30, 1965, with the objective of promoting and supporting small industries in Tripura. It operates under the Companies Act as a company limited by shares, with an authorized share capital of INR 600,000,000 and a paid-up capital of INR 595,581,600. The corporation’s registered office is located in Agartala, Tripura.
Our Mission
TSICL envisions becoming a catalyst for sustainable industrial development by empowering small industries and creating opportunities through public-private partnerships. Its mission is to accelerate the growth of small-scale industries by providing essential support and facilitating access to government schemes and contracts.
Over the years, the corporation’s core functions have diversified to include:
- Trading: Supplying furniture and work materials to various clients.
- Servicing: Managing the disposal of scrap materials to promote environmental sustainability.
- Marketing & Raw Material Support: Providing essential resources and marketing assistance to SSIs/MSMEs.
- Government Collaboration: Partnering with government departments on key initiatives.
- Consultancy & Training: Offering skill development training, capacity building, and consultancy services. This includes an Entrepreneurship Development Programme and training under the Rani Ahalyabai Prashikshan Kendra.
